Recently I got stranded with a flat battery in Waitrose car park with 2 kids, in the dark and rain. I rang KCS Autos and Luke came out in 10 mins to jump start my car, and couldn't have been kinder or more helpful - didn't charge me what he should have for the job, and turned what could have been a nightmare into a minor inconvenience.
